Shipping & Returns

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Returns and exchanges must take place within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund or to make an exchange. The original item(s) must also be unused and in the same condition in which they were purchased.

To start the return or exchange process, please contact us by phone or email.

Refund Policy 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return and that the refund has either been approved or rejected. 

If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days. Please allow at least 10 business days for the credit to show on your bank statement. There are certain situations where only partial refunds or store credit may be granted.

To return your product, please safely ship the items to the following address:

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Has an item been damaged? 

If an item has been damaged, please email 2-3 pictures of the item to info@keywestbowls.com. We will diagnose the cause of the issue and determine next steps.

At Key West Bowls, we strive to bring out the natural beauty of wood. Each piece has a unique wood grain, color, and markings. We stand behind the integrity and quality of our handcrafted products and we take great pride in knowing that each piece is truly one-of-a-kind. 

However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly work with you to either return or exchange an item. Please note that this guarantee does not apply to final sale items, to products that have been mistreated or re-conditioned.
